PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Personal data are processed by the Companies both manually and automatically. Automated processing occurs especially for purposes of fulfilling contractual relationships and offering services.
The Companies are entitled to collect, store, and use certain information via automated means, e.g. statistical information whenever you visit the Web portal.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BASED ON CONSENT
If you grant the Companies consent to process personal data for purposes of sending personalized marketing communications (which may also involve profiling) or for contacting you with offers from the Companies’ business partners via e-mail or telephone, you acknowledge that providing such consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time in writing to the Companies’ address or via a link included in an e-mail containing commercial communication. Consent is granted until withdrawn. Failure to grant consent does not affect contract performance.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
The Companies disclose your personal data only to authorized employees and cooperating persons, advisers, or individual processors contractually engaged by the Companies, or to other controllers, always only to the extent necessary for fulfilling individual processing purposes and on the basis of an appropriate legal title. You may object to the sharing of personal data at any time by sending an e-mail to dpo@aegeaholdings.com.
In cases stipulated by law, the Companies are entitled or obliged to transfer certain personal data to authorities such as law enforcement authorities or other public bodies.
The Companies are members of a group of companies. Please note that if the Companies have an appropriate legal basis, they may share personal data within the group for internal administrative purposes and business support. PERSONAL DATA OF THIRD PARTIES
Personal data of third parties — meaning employees and customers of clients or suppliers of the Companies, or other natural persons involved in cooperation with the Companies, or other data received from clients or suppliers in connection with concluding or performing contracts — will be processed in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws. Such data will be used for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with clients or suppliers. The Companies will process such data for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for the period required by special legal regulations, if applicable. Data may be stored longer if necessary in justified cases related to a specific matter.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The Companies process and store personal data only for the time necessary to ensure all rights and obligations arising from the relevant contractual relationship and further for the period during which they are obliged as data controllers to retain personal data under generally binding legal regulations, or for the period for which you have granted consent. In other cases, the processing period results from the purpose of processing, to which it must be proportionate, or is determined by personal data protection laws.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
As a data subject, you have rights under the law that you can exercise at any time. These include the right to (i) access personal data, (ii) rectification of inaccurate or completion of incomplete personal data, (iii) erasure of personal data if they are no longer necessary, processed unlawfully, objected to without overriding legitimate grounds, or if the legal obligation to process has ceased, (iv) restriction of processing, (v) data portability, (vi) the right to object, after which the processing of personal data will be terminated, unless it is proven that there are serious legitimate reasons for processing that outweigh the interests or rights and freedoms of the data subject, in particular if the reason is the possible enforcement of legal claims, and (vii) lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

The Companies will correct or supplement the data without undue delay, but always with regard to technical possibilities.

Right to erasure: If you request erasure, the Companies will erase your personal data if (i) it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, (ii) the processing is unlawful, (iii) you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing of your personal data, or (iv) the legal obligation to process data under European Union or national law no longer applies.

Right to restrict the processing of personal data: If you request restriction of processing, the companies will block access to your personal data, temporarily delete or store it, or perform other processing operations necessary for the proper exercise of the right exercised.

In the event of repeated or clearly unjustified requests to exercise the above rights, the Companies are entitled to charge a reasonable fee for exercising the right in question or to refuse to exercise it. You will be informed of such a procedure.
